Return & Refund Policy

At OUTDOOR TENT LLC, we want customers to have a clear and straightforward experience when purchasing shaving razors and related grooming products from menrazor.org.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the applicable return requirements described below.

2. Product Condition

Because our products are personal grooming products, returned shaving razors and related items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging when applicable.

Products that have been used, opened, altered, damaged through use, or otherwise cannot reasonably be resold may not be accepted for return for non-quality-related reasons.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal grooming products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by an applicable quality-related claim.

3. Quality-Related Returns

If a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a confirmed quality-related issue, please contact us at [email protected].

Customers should provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs or other supporting information when appropriate

After reviewing the claim, we may provide return instructions or another appropriate resolution.

For confirmed quality-related issues, OUTDOOR TENT LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

4. Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns that are not related to a product defect or quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The product must be returned in acceptable, unused condition and with its original packaging when applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted when:

  • The product has been used or opened for non-quality-related reasons
  • The product has been damaged after delivery through customer use or handling
  • The product is missing essential original packaging or components
  • The return request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery
  • The condition of the product has been significantly affected so that it cannot reasonably be resold

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been received and the return has been approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may also depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
